Spiral wound gaskets are a durable solution, comprising a V-shaped metallic winding with a softer filler, providing an effective seal over a broad range of applications. Made in the UK at our factory in West Yorkshire, these versatile gaskets can be made with several design options, including inner and/or outer rings, soft facings and laser etching to your requirements.
We keep a large stock spiral wound flange gaskets in stainless steel with graphite filler, to suit ASME, DIN, BS10 and JIS specifications. These can be supplied next day, or even on a same day service if required on an urgent basis. In addition to our stock items we can manufacture these gaskets in specialist materials including alloys, titanium and duplex steels.
Thanks to our adaptable setup, combined with skilled machine operators, we can offer top quality custom sized spiral wound gaskets, often with same or next day delivery. These can also be supplied with inner and outer (centering) rings. We hold a wide range of stainless steel and specialist alloy winding strips, as well as filler materials including graphite, PTFE and mica for high temperature applications.
